Built around your business

What your spa website can include

Bring the feeling of your spa together with the information guests need to choose a treatment and arrange a visit.

Responsive layouts, clear navigation, SEO foundations and agreed launch checks are part of the website build. Your proposal defines the pages, languages, booking functions, owner controls and integrations included.

01

Design shaped around your spa

Location and visiting information

Opening hours, directions, arrival guidance and the policies guests need before their visit.

A suitable appointment route

A contact link, appointment-request journey or separately defined scheduling system to match your operation.

The agreed controls for reviewing requests and maintaining the treatment or appointment information in scope.

From interest to an appointment request

A simpler way
to plan a visit.

Guide guests through the choices that matter, then give your team the details needed to respond.

  1. 01

    Choose a treatment

Start with the service and duration, with the relevant price shown alongside the choice.

  2. 02

    Choose a preferred time

Guide guests through dates and times using the scheduling rules agreed for your spa.

  3. 03

    Share details and review

Collect contact information and show a clear summary before the request is sent.

Make the appointment status clear.

The spa showcase uses requests awaiting confirmation and collects no online payments. Your project defines who confirms appointments and which staff, room and timing rules apply.

Your treatments.
Your way of working.

A solo massage studio and a spa with several treatment rooms need different booking rules. We agree the right scope with you.

Your questions, answered

Questions about your spa website

Can you build a website for a spa or massage business?

Yes. We can plan a website for a day spa, massage studio or wellness business. Your treatment menu, duration options, location details and appointment journey are shaped around your services and the way your team works.

Can you redesign our existing spa website?

Yes. We review your current pages, treatment information, customer journey and booking tools before recommending changes. Existing page addresses, useful content and search visibility are included in that review.

Will appointment requests be confirmed immediately?

We agree how appointments are confirmed before building. The Luma Spa showcase uses requests awaiting confirmation. Instant confirmation requires a reliable source of availability and agreed rules for treatment duration, staff, rooms and any preparation time.

Can customers choose a treatment and its duration?

Yes. We can scope a treatment menu with relevant duration and price options, followed by preferred dates and times. Packages, couples treatments and other services need their own agreed booking and capacity rules.

Can our team update treatments, prices and appointment details?

We agree which information your team needs to edit and the owner controls included in the proposal. Your handover explains how updates work for the delivered website, including treatment details and the appointment workflow in scope.

Can you connect our booking software or send reminders?

We review your existing tools, supported connections and access before including an integration. Reminders need agreed timing, message wording and delivery channels. Online deposits are assessed separately; the Luma Spa showcase collects no payments.

Can the website be in English and Thai?

Yes. Separate English and Thai versions can be included in the agreed scope. Each version needs approved wording for treatments, booking conditions and customer messages.

What are the project costs, ownership and support terms?

Your tailored proposal defines the build price, delivery scope and agreed hosting, domain, third-party service or ongoing support costs. Projects include two design revision rounds. Ownership transfers after full payment, with 30 days of corrections for genuine text errors or faults in the delivered work. Further changes and optional paid support are agreed separately.

Does my spa need a booking calendar or is a LINE link enough?

A LINE link can be enough when your team checks each appointment personally. An appointment form can collect treatment and timing details before you reply. A scheduling system becomes more useful when customers need availability choices tied to staff, rooms or durations. We agree which approach fits your business.

Can you plan a website for several spa branches?

Yes. We first agree how guests choose a location, which treatments each branch offers and who handles its enquiries. Shared staff, separate opening hours and branch-level owner access affect the booking requirements and project scope.
